Where do I even start with this smoothie! It’s seriously delicious! It tastes like a treat and is packed full of goodness. I wish I could take all the credit for this wonderful creation but I got the original idea from Deliciously Ella. I’ve adapted it slightly but her original recipe was so amazing that I didn’t want to make too many changes.
The creaminess comes from the cashews and the mango and kiwi fruit makes it tropical and refreshing. It takes only a few minutes to make and will keep you full and energised for hours. It’s blended with a big bunch of beautiful fresh spinach which gives it such an amazing colour.
If you’re new to green smoothies, the colour can be a little intimidating but I promise you, it’s sweet and absolutely delicious! Give it a try and you’re guaranteed to fall in love!
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 bananas
- ½ cup cashews
- 1 mango
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 3 tablespoon oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 large handfuls spinach
- Add all ingredients apart from the spinach to blender and mix until smooth and creamy
- Add spinach and blend well
- Pour into a glass and serve cold
