Dark Choc Almond Bites
- 1.5 cups almond butter
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 5 tablespoon almond flour
- 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
- ½ teaspoon vanilla powder
- 100g dark chocolate
- Add almond butter, almond flour, flaxseed, vanilla and honey to a bowl and mix until combined
- Put mixture in fridge for at least 30 minutes. This makes the mixture firmer and is easier to roll into balls
- Roll the mixture into balls and put in the freezer for one hour
- Melt chocolate over a double boiler
- Dip each ball into the chocolate and put on a sheet of baking paper
- Store in freezer
