Dark Choc Almond Bites
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 5 tablespoon almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 100g dark chocolate
Directions
  1. Add almond butter, almond flour, flaxseed, vanilla and honey to a bowl and mix until combined
  2. Put mixture in fridge for at least 30 minutes. This makes the mixture firmer and is easier to roll into balls
  3. Roll the mixture into balls and put in the freezer for one hour
  4. Melt chocolate over a double boiler
  5. Dip each ball into the chocolate and put on a sheet of baking paper
  6. Store in freezer
