Pineapple & Ginger Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 10 sprigs mint (remove leaves from the stem)
  • 2 inch piece of fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  • ΒΌ avocado
Directions
  1. Add coconut water, spinach and mint to blender. Blend until well combined
  2. Add ginger, pineapple and avocado and blend
  3. Pour into glass and serve cold
