Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond/hemp milk (or your favourite milk)
  • 1 banana
  • Half cup of mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons linseed/flaxseed
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
