Vegetable Stock
Total time
- 2 white onions
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 leek
- 3 carrots
- ½ cup of mushroom
- small bunch of parsley
- small bunch of thyme
- Roughly chop vegetables and add to a large pot
- Fill pot with water and bring to the boil
- When water starts to bubble, reduce heat and simmer for around an hour
- Let the stock cool and then strain the vegetables and store in an airtight container or freeze
