Green Juice

green juice

About a month ago I got a new juicer and I’m completely in love! Juicers can be expensive, especially if you get a good quality one, but I see it as an investment in my health. It’s such a great way increase the amount of vegetables in your diet. I usually make my juice in the morning and it gives me a great burst of energy.

My new juicer is so wonderfully quiet; my old one was so loud it almost made the walls shake. Plus, I no longer have juice pulp being flung all over the walls!

I was feeling the need to pump up my intake of leafy greens and this juice allows me to consume a whole lot of goodness without much effort.

I love the green colour, to me it represents vitality; but if the idea of drinking green liquid doesn’t excite you, I can assure you it tastes delicious!

I got an Oscar Neo and I love it! It’s a masticating juicer and from all the research I did it seems like a masticating juicer is better than a centrifugal. Oh, and it’s so easy to clean! Hope this helps!

I don’t have a juicer but I do have a blender, so I left out the cucumber due to the seeds and added a little peanut butter for protein and a little acai/berry juice to get the blender running smoothly. Delicious! I am so inspired by your blog, hope to try the black bean and sweet potato enchiladas soon! the Green Lentil and Coconut Curry was delicious, by the way.
