GROUP CLASSES IN LONDON
Classes focus on developing an awareness of your body so that every class you take is an opportunity to nourish and take care of yourself. An atmosphere is created where you can truly honour what your body needs. Different modifications are offered allowing you to shape your yoga practice to suit your body and requirements. To experience the full range of benefits, yoga is best practiced three times per week but in the beginning once a week is a great place to start and you can slowly build up from there.
A strong and energising full body workout that will leave you feeling empowered and inspired. Vinyasa is a dynamic flowing style of yoga, harmonising breath and movement. You will feel stronger, lighter and deeply relaxed. Benefits include greater strength/flexibility, pain relief, clarity of mind and greater sense of health and well-being. You will shine from the inside out.
Yin Yoga is a calm, grounded and restorative practice. All the poses are performed sitting or lying on the mat. The poses are held for long periods to open up the hips, bring space into the lower back and improve circulation by working deeply into the body. Benefits include increased flexibility, clarity of mind and a deep sense of relaxation and peace. Often you leave class feeling like you’re walking on a cloud, it’s that relaxing! Also great for athletic/active people who play sports or run and are looking to improve their performance and/or injury prevention through stretching.
