The combination of breath work, mindfulness and yoga postures will help you to relax and reduce stress. After several sessions you will notice a positive change in your body and mind. Before our first session together we will discuss your specific needs, desires and goals to ensure you get the most benefit out of the classes. A small amount of homework is given between sessions so you can continue your practice between classes. For convenience, classes can be held in your home or office or if you’d prefer you can come along to one of the studio spaces where I teach in South West London.
