Mango Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 2 large handfuls spinach, washed
  • 1 handful of fresh mint sprigs
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 large ripe mango
  • 4 tablespoons oats
Directions
  1. Add coconut water to a blender with the mint and spinach and blend until everything is combined
  2. Add banana, mango and oats and blend until smooth
  3. Pour into glass and serve cold
