This gentle and relaxing class is a short 20 minute sequence for lower back pain. If you are experiencing aches and pains in your lower back, this will help to alleviate your pain. We focus on stretching through your lower back, hips and hamstrings to bring more flexibility and mobility into your body.
To see the most benefit, I recommend you do this at least two times a week; if you can do it more even better! If you are suffering from severe back pain, please consult with your healthcare professional before taking part in physical activity
